How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to rescind a recently placed order, please follow these basic steps:

  1. Check the cancellation policy and the status of your order first.
  • Your order may only be revoked within the first two hours after placement. After that time, the order is no longer cancellable and is held for processing.
  • If you have already received your order's tracking number, it is no longer possible to withdraw it.

3. Create a service request report

Ensure that you provide accurate order information when accessing the form. Select "Cancel an order I just placed" as the reason for your cancellation request.

4. Specify the reason for your request

After that, you'll find a drop-down menu of specific cancellation justifications.

5. Accepting all necessary conditions

We will do our best to facilitate your cancellation request, but if your order has already been produced or shipped, we may not be able to provide a full refund. We appreciate your patience with this matter.

6. Forward the ticket

The final step is to select the "Submit" icon after double-checking and confirming that all information entered is accurate. 

After submitting the form, you will see a confirmation that your submission has been received and your order will be processed as requested. 

NOTE: We will notify you within 48 hours if your request requires additional information. Once the cancellation has been processed, we will send you another email informing you that your refund will be deposited into your account within 1 to 5 business days.
