If you wish to modify your order, please proceed as follows:
1.Check the time modification policy first
Your order may only be revoked or modified within the first two hours after placement. After that time, the order is processed and cannot be canceled or altered.

The next step, if your order is still within the policy window, is to visit the provided link and select the "For problems with your order" section.
3. Create a service request report
Ensure that you provide accurate order information when accessing the form. Select "Modify/Edit an order I just placed" as the rationale for your request.
4. Choose a specific change for your order
After that, you'll find a drop-down list of modification options to select the specific changes you want.
You can use the "Description" and "Attachment" fields if you wish to provide us with additional information about your request or images to illustrate it.
5.Allow more time for order modifications.
The production time for modification orders is extended by one to two days. We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your order requires design modifications, as it will take us significantly longer to modify your design, particularly during the holiday season.

6. Forward the ticket
The final step is to select the "Submit" icon after double-checking and confirming that all information entered is accurate.
After submitting the form, you will see a confirmation that your submission has been received and your order will be processed as requested.
