If you have been charged twice for a single purchase, it is advisable to first review the confirmation email.

If you have received multiple confirmation emails containing different order numbers (e.g., WP0000), it indicates that you have placed multiple orders. Please kindly review the order information thoroughly and do not hesitate to contact us for any inquiries or clarifications.

If there is no duplicate order placed, there is no need to worry. We will only deduct the payment once and the other payment will not be processed. It is highly probable that the duplicate charge appearing on your bank statement is an authorization, commonly referred to as a pending charge, rather than an actual charge. When initiating a payment via credit card for specific services, it is common for your credit card company to perform an authorization process prior to the actual deduction of funds. If this is indeed the situation, the authorization will be reflected on your bank statement alongside the actual charge. The authorization will be removed from your bank statement within a period of one month. We recommend that you consider waiting for the release of the funds or contacting your bank to inquire about the status.
